Responsibilities

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components and editing site content.
You will document technical designs and specifications while researching and incorporating updated content for websites. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Innovate and implement new features to enhance user experience on web applications.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences.
Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Java is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Python Software Development, PL/SQL (Programming Language), Microsoft Power Apps, and REST API Development is suggested.
