Responsibilities

Perform health monitoring of the DC M&E equipment
Attend to users’ request related to DC FM
Assist with cabling works within the DC
Monitor ticketing system and follow up on necessary actions
Pre M&E maintenance works related to DC M&E equipment
Post M&E maintenance works related to DC M&E equipment
Attend to user enquiry about Co-Location via Service request
Monitor power utilization for equipment in DC
Monitor of rack space utilization in DC
Work with vendor to identify Operational Technology (OT) devices
Prepare risk register for vulnerabilities devices, inclusive of vulnerabilities assessment scanning
Ensure all DC asset movement activities are updated
Assist DC manager and Team lead in reporting generating.
Possesses of Cabling Infrastructure knowledge

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering / Electronics or related
Preferability possed some data center facility management experience before
Required to be on 24 x 7 standby.
Displays willingness to learn and is committed to provide service level excellence in everything that he / she does.
Able to articulate effectively and works well within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
