Responsibilities

  • Ensure revenue and margin targets are met for all NSS and Cyber products, per product mix targets.
  • Consistently forecast, track and close committed numbers to meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, not limiting to product management, engineering, and support teams to communicate client feedback and keep up-to-date on product developments and enhancements.
  • Maintain and track progress of opportunities for cadence and reporting
  • Understand customer’s businesses and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through ICT solution and managed services sales
  • Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposals.
  • Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of distributor landscape and experience in managing external stakeholder.
  • Deployment logistics experience preferred which includes planning and executing the distribution of inventory and other resources to meet customer needs.
  • Stay current on SD-WAN technology trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to better position the value of our SD-WAN solutions.

Requirements

  • A degree or higher in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales, business development or account management track record in Managed Services, System Integration, or IT Infrastructure Sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions.
  • Experience in handling Global Accounts across different time zones.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits, with strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with network solutions; Service Management / Security Managed Services.
  • Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms.
  • Experience with Cisco (Viptela and Meraki), Fortinet, Aruba and Velo Cloud are bonus points.
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented.
  • Good Interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Applications especially Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce (SFDC).
