Responsible for driving the adoption of AI-optimized Cloud Infrastructure and data center (DC) services in enterprise customers.
Act as a bridge between C-suite stakeholders and technical engineering teams, converting the demand for high-performance computing, DC AIOps and AI agent into sustainable revenue growth.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for AI-ready cloud services in Singapore and across key ASEAN markets.
Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, particularly in sectors like technologies, manufacturing, supply chain and E-commerce.
Engage with enterprise customers to understand its business objectives and translate them into opportunities of cloud and AI transformation, infrastructure and application modernisation, and managed services.
Develop and articulate business and technical value propositions; Lead negotiations for system integration and multi-year cloud and DC service deals, ensuring alignment with local data sovereignty and ESG regulations.
Drive pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and technical assessments; work closely with the solution architect to ensure proposed solutions to meet the customer’s business requirements.
Present appropriate solutions; prepare and propose sales quotation and proposal; negociate and deploy contracts and agreements.
Provide leadership and market insights for go- to-market initiatives and partnership development, and collaborate with hardware and software partners, hyperscalers, and local system integrators.
Manage stakeholder communications, timelines, and deliverables throughout the sales cycle. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, business or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and services spanning across BD, sales, solutioning and ecosystem management roles, with exposure to large enterprise clients in Singapore / ASEAN markets.
Deep knowledge in cloud, DC infrastructure, end-user computing, security and AI transformation.
Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles, building client and ecosystem relationships, and delivering business outcomes.
Strong background in opportunity identification, requirement analysis, and pre-sales solutioning.
Proactive attitude, good team spirit, strong learning ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
