Responsible for pre-sales solution design, proposal, and contractual SOWs for IT infra, Cloud and AIDC solutions and services.
Create and present solution and service design to clients’ C-level and senior leaders.
Lead internal teams and external partners to ensure the commitment in cost, timeline, and quality.
Manage POC testing, solution optimization, and technical verification to meet customers' business objectives.
Understand industry trend and market needs to develop and implement company's solutions and service offerings.
Continuously update product, solution and service offerings, and work with marketing and business development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions in the assigned markets.
Develop and test demos of company's solutions and services as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infra, cloud or AIDC pre-sales and solution architecture, with hands-on experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
In-depth knowledge of IT infra, public and private cloud; familiarity with AIDC hardware architectures and computing platform is a plus.
General knowledge in Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.
Cloud Solution Architect, TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
Must have a good team spirit, strong learning ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
