Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-sales solution design, proposal, and contractual SOWs for IT infra, Cloud and AIDC solutions and services.
  • Create and present solution and service design to clients’ C-level and senior leaders.
  • Lead internal teams and external partners to ensure the commitment in cost, timeline, and quality.
  • Manage POC testing, solution optimization, and technical verification to meet customers' business objectives.
  • Understand industry trend and market needs to develop and implement company's solutions and service offerings.
  • Continuously update product, solution and service offerings, and work with marketing and business development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions in the assigned markets.
  • Develop and test demos of company's solutions and services as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infra, cloud or AIDC pre-sales and solution architecture, with hands-on experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infra, public and private cloud; familiarity with AIDC hardware architectures and computing platform is a plus.
  • General knowledge in Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Cloud Solution Architect, TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Must have a good team spirit, strong learning ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
