Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Portfolio Ownership that defines Enterprise 5G strategy and multi-year development plans that align with growth targets.  
  • Financial Management & Performance to manage portfolio P&L, AOP targets, investment budgets and business cases; track in-life performance against plan and drive improvement actions with stakeholders and/or vendors.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercialization that drives pipeline health and conversion; orchestrate lighthouse deployments and references to accelerate scale. 
  • Business development management that identifies, pursues and develops enterprise 5G strategic account plans to drive recurring opportunities across priority verticals 
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Development that curates and onboard partners with co-create and co-sell motions; oversee solution enablement and testing to validate performance, interoperability and operational readiness
  • Program Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution to translate business requirements into operational workflows and systems; remove roadblocks and drive accountability for outcomes  
  • Customer & Market Impact that engage strategic customers and prospects with solution consulting, shape deals, SLAs and risk mitigations, monitor adoption metrics and customer feedback loops. 
  • Leadership & Team that build and lead a high-performing multi-disciplinary team (product managers, pre-sales, business development, partnerships).

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage.  
  • Minimum 15 years of business and technical experience in mobile network operations, product development, or telco infrastructure management, with a proven record of leading major projects or driving innovation in network technologies.
  • Deep understanding of 5G, private 5G architecture, network slicing, device certification and enterprise compliance.
  • Proven track record in launching complex networking products or services at scale.
  • Commercial acumen and strong cross-functional program leadership.
  • Ability to identify key use-cases and translate technology capability into critical business value to a prospective customer.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
