Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance of services projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
To ensure the attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues.
To foster continuous service improvement initiatives and customer-centricity within the department.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector
Manage the department staff well-being and plan for their training programs
Spearhead the development of AI and health monitoring capabilities, working with OEM or otherwise.
Develop and sustain Systems of Systems (SoS) competencies. Establish and build new competencies with induction of new systems.
Lead cross Dept/Div/Bu/LOB response to customer request and incidents. Ensure recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements.

Requirements

Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
At least 5 years of proven work experience as System Architect or leadership role in System Integration projects
Possess strong knowledge in network, cyber security and system integration
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong sense of business acumen
Certified Systems Engineering Professional is an advantage
