Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify problems and formulate research strategy or quality improvement project
  • Assess and enhance data sources and data-gathering methods
  • Build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage and interrogate data
  • Use machine learning and statistical techniques to solve problems
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Represent the organisation at external events and conferences
  • Build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • PhD and/or master’s degree in Statistic/Mathematic/Data Scient or relevant discipline
  • 4-5 years of experience in analytics and research area
  • Expertise in health services research (HSR) and applied statistics, with experience in study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation
  • Strong background in developing and implementing data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement, with proficiency in AI methodologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive modelling) where applicable
  • Proven ability to independently manage and execute projects across diverse health services domains, from conceptualization through to implementation, including data transformation, analysis, and interpretation
  • Proficiency in programming languages (SQL and Python/R) with experience in using analytical frameworks to solve healthcare-related problems
  • Experienced in Tableau and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
