Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business functions, including shopfloor employees and frontline supervisor
  • Provide day-to-day HR support on employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinates core HR processes in the assigned business
  • Resumes governance role with regard to HR tools, policies and legislation

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in HR management with 3 to 5 years of HR experience with shopfloor workforce or in manufacturing environment 
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and local labour regulations
  • Able to commence work asap 

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
