Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive and professional working relationships
  • Support administrative functions, including budget monitoring, asset management, and oversight of physical spaces
  • Provide event management support for events where required
  • Organise and support meetings, special projects, task forces, and initiatives as directed
  • Provide secretariat support, including minute-taking, data gathering, report preparation, and presentation slide development for meetings
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and presentation of management reports/ debriefs for easy reference, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and conciseness
  • Check and process reimbursement claims and related expenses
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Budget management and financial tracking skills
  • Knowledge of, and ability to use, digital collaboration and organisational tools
  • Experience in providing secretarial/administrative support to senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong record-keeping skills, with the ability to capture and maintain accurate data for proper documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organised, able to multi-task and work efficiently in fast-paced environment
