Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive and professional working relationships Support administrative functions, including budget monitoring, asset management, and oversight of physical spaces Provide event management support for events where required Organise and support meetings, special projects, task forces, and initiatives as directed Provide secretariat support, including minute-taking, data gathering, report preparation, and presentation slide development for meetings Assist in the preparation, collation, and presentation of management reports/ debriefs for easy reference, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and conciseness Check and process reimbursement claims and related expenses Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience Budget management and financial tracking skills Knowledge of, and ability to use, digital collaboration and organisational tools Experience in providing secretarial/administrative support to senior management Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong record-keeping skills, with the ability to capture and maintain accurate data for proper documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organised, able to multi-task and work efficiently in fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
