Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate with technical teams and business users for successful delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant studies
  • At least more than 5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Mandatory: Salesforce experience in any of Salesforce clouds: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and configuration
  • Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills
