Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to gather, review, analyse and document requirements and specifications
  • Identify and propose solutions to address requirements
  • Co-ordinate and communicate across various stakeholders
  • Leverage project management best practices to define project scope, plans and requirements gathering, per project management best practices
  • Define test plans and lead testing efforts
  • Train users on developed solutions and develop user manuals
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or potential solutions to address requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
Around 2- 4 years of relevant working experiences

1. SAP Functional Experience (Hands-on)
• Candidates must have hands-on functional experience in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM or related modules.
• Experience should include direct involvement in activities such as:
• Business requirement analysis
• SAP functional configuration or solution design
• Preparation of functional specifications
• Supporting system integration and user acceptance testing
• Issue analysis and resolution within SAP
• Profiles focused purely on stakeholder coordination or vendor management without direct SAP functional involvement will not be considered.

2. IT Functional Knowledge (System Implementation Experience)
• Candidates must demonstrate strong IT functional knowledge within SAP or enterprise systems, including the ability to:
• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications or system solutions
• Work with technical teams on solution design and implementation
• Support testing execution (SIT/UAT) including test case preparation and defect analysis
• Experience limited to project coordination, testing timeline planning, or vendor liaison without direct involvement in functional analysis or system implementation is not sufficient.

3. System Implementation / SAP Project Experience
• Candidates should have experience participating in SAP implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects, including exposure to:
• Requirement gathering
• Functional design
• System configuration or validation
• Data migration or data conversion testing
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Preferred Skills (Pre-Requisite to the Above)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Healthcare systems or healthcare industry experience (highly preferred)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
