Responsibilities

  • Manage DWMD service and part of Voice and UC service suite which include roadmap planning, product life cycle management, product development and process streamlining/development.
  • Drive business growth of the services, identify growth opportunities and drive GTM plans to target key MNCs, Large enterprises and SME segments.  
  • Monitor the development of new technologies, assess their value-add potential and applicability for adoption.
  • Third Party solution and service assessment, partnership and management for end-to-end GTM offering.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews with sales and partners to ensure business opportunities follow through, use cases review and lessons to be learned for further sharing.
  • Ensure service enablement capabilities to support pre-sales and post-sales processes for delivery and aligning to best market practices and competition.
  • Develop and maintain the product life cycle to support each deliverable and outcome, ensuring consistent and effective proactive reporting, tracking, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Work with various stakeholders in Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing to drive GTM activities and service delivery excellence. 
  • Drive process automation and cost optimisation initiatives to differentiate customer experience and improve product P&L
  • Ensure compliance to IMDA regulatory obligations for Domestic services.
  • Manage decline of traditional voice services (eg ISDN), track existing out of contract base and manage churn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in business, Marketing, information technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Product management and/or Solutions experience in Voice/UC, DWDM and telco services. 
  • Voice and Data Communications, API and SDK knowledge.
  • Knowledge of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to construct and evaluate business case and portfolio performance. 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Good problem solving and process management skills.
