Responsibilities

To support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure.
Play a key role in maintaining secure and reliable network connectivity across hybrid environments.
Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
Respond to network-related incidents and service requests following ITIL practices.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
Certification in AWS/Microsoft AZURE/Google cloud and Network will be advantageous.
hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS network services, along with a working understanding of ITIL processes.
