Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the IT Product Owners in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions to meet the functional department's needs. 
  • Contribute to gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field with 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
