Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Core HCM module
Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements
Configure module workflows, rules, and security roles in accordance with organisational policies
Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross module and cross system alignment
Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT for your functional area
Deliver end user training, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer sessions
Provide subject matter expertise during cut over planning and post go live hypercare
Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates for your module and plan controlled rollouts

Requirements

5 – 10 years of deep, hands on experience in the Oracle Core HCM module
Strong understanding of relevant HR processes
Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions

Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
