Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Core HCM module
  • Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements
  • Configure module workflows, rules, and security roles in accordance with organisational policies
  • Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross module and cross system alignment
  • Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT for your functional area
  • Deliver end user training, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Provide subject matter expertise during cut over planning and post go live hypercare
  • Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates for your module and plan controlled rollouts

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of deep, hands on experience in the Oracle Core HCM module
  • Strong understanding of relevant HR processes
  • Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
