Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead, you will play a key role in helping organizations transform their talent management capabilities using Oracle HCM Cloud. You will lead solution design and delivery across talent modules, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable workforce outcomes and sustainable change.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development
- Partner with client stakeholders to translate HR and business strategies into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Provide functional leadership across project teams, ensuring quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Guide clients through change impacts, adoption strategies, and best practices for talent transformation
- Collaborate with technical teams, HR leaders, and integration partners to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Mentor and coach consultants, fostering capability development and high performance within the team
- Contribute to solution proposals, estimates, and Oracle HCM Talent thought leadership
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of deep, hands on experience in the Oracle Core HCM module
- Possess Lead experiences
- Strong understanding of relevant HR processes
- Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 20 Months agency contract employment.
