Responsibilities
The Assistant Director will lead a dedicated team to drive marketing, outreach, and admissions strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students to undergraduate programmes.
- Oversee the full admissions cycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless candidate experience from application to matriculation.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms to strengthen the visibility of undergraduate programmes.
- Manage outreach activities with key feeder schools, industry partners, and international institutions to grow the applicant pool.
- Monitor data and trends to provide insights that enhance marketing and admissions performance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, excellence, and collaboration in all marketing and admissions activities.
