Responsibilities

  • The activities for the Local IT Support:
  • Perform L1 support for network issues, log-in issues, Windows AD issues, and in-house Applications and office software e.g. Office 365.
  • Escalate tickets to L2 support and work with them to resolve the issue.
  • End point devices, including the hardware and software inventory. E.g. Windows, Mac OS
  • Small office router for private office network
  • Health check and monitoring of Windows Server
  • Coordinate with the End Users to update security patches or updates on the end point devices.
  • Install authorized software on behalf of the users.
  • Manage service requests and incidents to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Support any ad hoc tasks/projects rolled out by Company e.g. emergency software patches, laptop audit

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT/Computing or related certification 
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
