Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Programming with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
- Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Sector related projects/work
- Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Process Design is recommended.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop detailed documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform testing and facilitate UAT.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
