Responsibilities

  • As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services.
  • Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risks to services.
  • You will provide operational support, ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available.
  • You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Requirements

  • Candidate will need to have high-level working experience in multi-tier applications, data-streaming technologies, Java and Pega and ElasticSearch.
  • Years of experience require: 2-4 years.
  • Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Incident Management is recommended.
  • Additionally, advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity.
