Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field with 2-4 years of IT Experience (Systems Engineering, Systems Administration (windows, Linux)
- Confident in troubleshooting
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Innovative, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams
- This role requires 24/7 support, including morning, evening, night shifts, and weekend work, depending on operational needs
- The position will be based in an office environment, with occasional remote troubleshooting responsibilities for interface connectivity issues
