Responsibilities

Support & Development
  • Assist in the design and testing of robotic systems for aerospace manufacturing tasks such as drilling, polishing, and sealant application.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to develop automation workflows and integrate robotics into existing production lines.
  • Participate in the setup and calibration of robotic equipment under supervision.

Implementation & Troubleshooting
  • Support the deployment of robotic solutions in airframe and engine maintenance environments.
  • Help monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues during operation.
  • Document test results and assist in preparing technical reports and SOPs.

Learning & Collaboration
  • Engage in hands-on training with industrial robots and automation software.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D.
  • Attend internal workshops and contribute to innovation initiatives in robotics and AI.

Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship or project experience in robotics or automation is a plus.

Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of robotic programming (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA).
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and industrial automation concepts.
  • Exposure to machine vision or sensor integration is advantageous.

Soft Skills
