Responsibilities
1. Project Support
- Provide administrative support to the team lead, including scheduling meetings, minute-taking, preparing documents for submission, tracking delivery timelines, etc.
- Prepare and submit billing for milestones and work completion based on tracking of work done.
- Maintenance of documentation and templates for system change requests.
2. Reporting and Analysis
- Track the progress of system tests and tickets on JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Cross-track follow-ups with project team members on the progress of the tickets.
- Use of MS Office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint to provide overviews and progress updates on system change requests.
3. Stakeholder communication
- Facilitate communication between project teams regarding implementation of change requests.
- Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in related field with at least 3-4 years of relevant experiences
- Experienced in
- MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Close attention to detail to keep pace with incoming updates on multiple topics
- Strong communication skills for liaising with project team and stakeholders
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
