Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in related field with at least 3-4 years of relevant experiences
- Must have skills: Strong understanding of PMO governance frameworks and project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in risk, issue, and change management processes.
- Skilled in progress tracking and reporting.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and scope adjustments.
- Collaborative mindset to work with various teams within the project.
- Strong situational awareness, with the ability to read project environment and adapt communication, priorities, and actions to suit the situation.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced implementation timelines.
- Strong facilitation skills for driving meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication, tailored for different audiences.
