Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Tracking: Support planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and maintain routine status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including agendas, action items, meeting minutes, risk/issue logs, and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with stakeholders by collecting inputs, clarifying updates, and ensuring alignment on project expectations and timelines.
  • Resource & Timesheet Support: Track resource allocation, timesheet variances, and related administrative tasks as required.
  • Governance Support: Help maintain PMO governance practices, compliance with standards, and consistency in processes across projects.
  • Tool Utilization: Use project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PMIS) to support project operations and metrics tracking.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in related field with at least 3-4 years of relevant experiences
  • Experienced in Project Coordination and managing administrative work such as project documentation, governance support etc
