Responsibilities

• The role involves end-to-end responsibility for payment screening system upgrades, from requirement gathering to design, functional specification, test strategy, test case validation, defect resolution, and go-live support. 
• Lead and manage requirement gathering for payment screening system upgrades.
• Support analysis and design of Fircosoft upgrade projects.
• Identify and define detailed functional and business requirements.
• Ensure FSD (Functional Specification Document) completeness.
• Develop test strategies and validate test cases.
• Manage defect resolution through to production go-live.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet AML/KYC and payment compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in payment screening systems (Fircosoft preferred; exposure to other payment screening systems is a plus).
• Experience in upgrades/migrations of Fircosoft (preferably from v6.5 to newer versions).
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge relevant to payment screening.
• Techno-functional PM/BA experience, able to handle both business analysis and technical coordination.
• Exposure to WUM and SOC processes.
• Experience with SWIFT/MT messages is beneficial.

• Experience in Name Screening and sanctions monitoring.
• Proven track record in end-to-end system implementation in the payments or banking domain.
