Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.
  • Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
  • Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to enhance user interfaces and usability.
  • Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Oracle IAM components and integrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
  • Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
  • Prior experience working with financial services customers, understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance tuning.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
