Develop strategic points of views and insights for strategy discussions/ brainstorming sessions with the different Lines of Businesses (LOBs) and with the corporate strategy team
Help develop, frame and support execution of business strategies
Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, competitor activity, and internal performance data to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
Drive LOB Group Strategy Cycle including 5 year strategy plans and budget cycles, working very closely with each LOB’s sales, business development and finance. This would include developing the business guidance, strategic framing and supporting the respective LOBs to develop and sharpen their strategies.
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations based on thorough research and analysis
Aligning and integrating presentations from respective LOBs into a coherent storyline for Senior Leadership
Coordinate, consolidate and integrate the different sources of primary and secondary information for internal & external stakeholder communication (e.g. Senior Leadership presentations and key meetings with external stakeholders)
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Experience with research (e.g. quantitative and qualitative, primary and secondary)
5–8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, business development, or a similar role.
Strong stakeholder management; works well across all teams such as business development, sales, marketing, finance, etc.
Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication including senior management presentation skills. Ability to articulate concepts and complex ideas in clear and impactful manner
Highly organised, and able to multi-task
Comfortable operating independently
Self-starter with resilience and resourcefulness
Possess high integrity and ethics, positive work attitude, versatile, hands-on and with good attention to details.
