Responsibilities

  • Manage meeting room booking, facilitate meeting set-up and coordinate logistics
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Manage calendar, coordinating internal and external appointments
  • Assist in travel arrangements include booking of flights, accommodations, and transportation in line with guidelines

Requirements

  •  Diploma or equivalent with office administrative / secretarial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills
