Responsibilities
As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Design and implement communication strategies to ensure all team members are informed and engaged.
- Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve change initiatives.
- Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of change management principles.
- Develop comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Systems, Information Systems, or similar field or equivalent education.
- 3-5 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in Change Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics is suggested.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
