Responsibilities

  • As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
  • You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions.
  • You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
  • Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of adaptability.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in change
  • Intermediate proficiency in Change Management is required.
  • Beginner proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
  • Additionally, beginner proficiency in Design & Build Enablement and Stakeholder Management is suggested.
