Responsibilities

You’ll be part of the team that designs and builds foundational modules and intelligent capabilities that accelerate the delivery of high-impact C2 (Command & Control) applications.
Lead the design and development of scalable, modular web applications with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture and user experience.
Build reusable UI components and frameworks that power dynamic forms, dashboards, GIS visualizations, and AI-assisted workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, DevOps, UX, Product) to deliver intelligent, cloud-native modules such as:
Mentor and guide a distributed development team, ensuring high code quality and timely delivery.
Contribute to platform evolution by integrating modern frontend tooling, design systems, and performance best practices.

Requirements

5 years of software engineering experience, with several SDLCs under your belt
Proven expertise in frontend development using Svelte, React, or similar modern frameworks.
Ability to design and implement production grade applications from scratch
Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frontend build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
Solid backend experience with Node.js, Java, or Go, and familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
Understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native design.
