Lead the Data Management, HR payment(non-payroll) and Claims Administration functions in HR Shared Services.
Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of Data & Transaction Section’s workplan.
Serve as the Data Steward for HR system and Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization including overseeing vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
Oversee the coordination of digital transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
Manage projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
Strong HR system (Success Factor), MS Office, SharePoint, RPA and Power Automate knowledge preferred.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
