Senior Executive(Human Resources), Data Management
Oversee the data management team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing for HR Data for all the institutions and departments
Ensure the team that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, reviewed and revised when appropriate.
Act as a subject matter expert in the management of HR data management, oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with COE team members, internal Shared Services cross teams, HRIS teams, and various institutions business partners.
Analyze work process design to implement improved processes and suggest appropriate solutions or improvements to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferably with at least 1 year of supervisory management experience
Past working experience in the area of payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage
Competent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS office (Excel & Word)
Analytical skills and meticulous with an eye for details
High level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
