Responsibilities

  • Oversee the data management team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing for HR Data for all the institutions and departments 
  • Ensure the team that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, reviewed and revised when appropriate.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the management of HR data management, oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with COE team members, internal Shared Services cross teams, HRIS teams, and various institutions business partners.
  • Analyze work process design to implement improved processes and suggest appropriate solutions or improvements to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
  • Perform any other assigned duties/projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferably with at least 1 year of supervisory management experience
  • Past working experience in the area of payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage
  • Competent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS office (Excel & Word)
  • Analytical skills and meticulous with an eye for details
  • High level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
