Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in data governance and security with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview Information Protection
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and deploying Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Purview, AIP, DLP, and related controls across large-scale, multi-entity organizations.
- Hands-on experience in developing and operationalizing data classification, labeling, and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory drivers in the financial sector (GDPR, PDPA, MAS, PCI-DSS, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell scripting, and security automation for configuration and ongoing operations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile project settings and interface with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects and user enablement programs.
- Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Certificate (SC-400)
- Relevant certifications such SC-100, CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex security incidents
- Experience with cloud security concepts and Microsoft Azure security services
- Track record of successful client engagements and project delivery in a consulting environment
