Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Lead in managing a HR Business Process Operations Support Team to support client ERP system requirements in day to day operations
  • Advice client stakeholders and team members in consultation services, handling of escalations, monitoring of CRs, data migration and audit activities
  • Drive operational performance and service excellence and monitor performance of the team against defined quality standards
  • Demonstrate ability to drive ongoing improvements through standardizing, automating and consolidating processes.
  • Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • At least a Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant subject.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with corresponding experience in Information Technology
  • Knowledge of information technology. SAP or HR related experience will be a bonus. SAP/ERP or HR system knowledge is a good-to-have but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing operations teams. Has good supervisory and communication skills.
  • Good planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
  • Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
  • Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office.
  • Project management experience is a good to have.
  • Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
