Manager, Business Development (Applications Software Solution)
To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
To actively seek out new sales opportunities through covering the assigned territories, networking, and social media
To set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
To create quality reviews and reports with sales and financial data that includes the pipeline file for sales cadence
To forecast the sales opportunity closure probability from a business perspective with awareness of sales management such as sales numbers, attrition, headcount, training needs, etc.

Requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Have a positive attitude and confidence towards creating the sales activities, pipelines, and closure of sales.
