Responsibilities
Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities Collect and compile statistical quality data Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or equivalent. Familiar with test automation tool - Selenium. Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience highly desirable Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance highly desirable Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, highly desirable Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle would be advantageous. Has good written and oral communication skills Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
