Responsibilities

• Experience designing mobile device management solutions in highly secure environments, including MDM architecture and device onboarding processes.
• MDM Platform: expertise leading MDM solutions (e.g. Knox), with experience configuring enrollment workflows, role-based access controls, device lockdowns, app whitelisting etc.
• Mobile OS: in-depth knowledge of Android OS and specific features like managed app config, update controls, hardware restrictions for tablet devices
• Mobile App Development: Experience in development and integration of mobile apps (Android) and private app store management
• Secure Network and Data Architecture: experience designing encrypted communication channels, Wi-Fi config for locked-down devices, network segmentation and firewall rules, secure content distribution (e.g. app packages)
• Security Hardening: experience designing hardened tablet configurations such as enforcing device encryption, disabling non-essential services, remote wipe and lost device protocols, endpoint posture checks
• Identity and Access Management: integration with Active directory, certificate management, SingPass etc.
• GCC2.0 AWS: Experience in designing a cloud architecture that supports deployment of MDM solutions into secured cloud environments
• Responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. 
• Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant working experiences
• Expert proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) is required. Additionally, expert proficiency in Solution Architecture, Mobile Enterprise Application Development, Microsoft Azure Active Directory Mobile Device Management (MDM) Customization, and AWS Application Integration is suggested, along with advanced proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
