Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, and etc. with 5 to 10 years similar experience
- Ideally holds a current Project Management Institute certification or equivalent or be in the process of obtaining this certification e.g. PMP, Agile
- This role is program finance management, rather than tech skill or reporting skill. Candidate role needs to segregate investment budget and expense budget properly and align with contract period and payment period.
- Good to have O365 and local internet gateway (zScaler) knowledge
- Proven experience in project management or project management office in a leadership role, preferably in a financial service industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, and communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with competing interests, while balancing budget, timelines and risks.
- Experience working with geographically distributed team and a complex vendor landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
