Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop detailed job specifications, refine sourcing strategies, prioritize roles, and agree on recruitment timelines
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure quality shortlists are presented to hiring managers
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview arrangements
  • Support hiring managers during face-to-face, competency-based interviews

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience, with exposure to both in-house and agency environments considered an advantage
  • Mandatory recruitment experience within the IT industry, with strong familiarity across a broad range of IT functions, specialties, and roles in an end-to-end IT solutions, development, and architecture environment
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hiring and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment setting
 
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
