Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
Set up IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure standardized system environments.
Perform Staging / Development Test, UAT, Production & DR Environment
Administer Windows Servers running File and Print, DNS/DHCP/WINS, Active directory and critical business services.
Plan and perform system maintenance and OS and security patches.
Perform system planning and change management tasks, and proactively monitor IT systems and recommend
enhancements / upgrades when necessary.
Monitor and tune system performance and collect performance data. Perform capacity planning and conduct appropriate actions to deal with capacity issues.
Plan, install and configure hardware and system software changes. Familiar with backup, restore and disaster recovery.
Involve in project management.
Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable.
Offsite standby.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.
Mature, self-driven and effective team player.
Good Knowledge of following products will be advantageous: -Microsoft Azure Stack,Microsoft Windows 2016- 2022

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
