Responsibilities
- Work with client to understand requirements, workshop facilitation, generate user stories, and ensure developers are building according to clearly written acceptance criteria.
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
- Self-Motivated and able to drive requirements with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Assess and recommend architecture solutions in alignment with client needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure that project documentation is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Software Engineering or related
- At least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
