Responsibilities
Support Clinical Service Point System to support all institutions Support Cluster Dashboards Conducts Requirements Gathering sessions for annual planned users’ enhancements Perform System and Database Design Perform Application Development and Application Deployment Document SIT Test cases and conduct internal System Integration Tests Document UAT Test cases and conduct User Acceptance Tests Provide Application Maintenance support Conduct Monthly Health Checks Perform Downtime Activities for Servers’ Patching Perform Users Trainings Support Production Issues and Resolutions Reports directly to IT Manager for project assignments
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computing/System Development Minimum of 5 years experience in IT systems application development Must be Technically hands-on Developer who is experienced in ASP.Net C# including Forms and Workflow Programming Familiarity with relational database concepts and excellent practical experience with MSQL especially Stored Procedures Familiarity with SAP Crystal Reports Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization Experience with automated testing, agile development meQtholologies e.g. Scrum Good to have Tableau DeskTop and Python programming experience
