As a Senior Executive, you will be supervising a team that focuses on on/offboarding activities and be the subject-matter expertise; monitor and follow-up on workload distribution and facilitate quality assurance observations to ensure service standards are met.
Provide HR administrative and advisory support in a consistent, accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Shared Services are consistently met, reviewed, and revised when appropriate.
Oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
Monitor, analyse and report appropriate metrics to measure and demonstrate the performance of the HR Shared Services to wider stakeholders and customers.
Analyse work process design to implement improved processes and suggest appropriate solutions or improvements to raise the overall customer experience and efficiency.
Coach the HR shared services team on complex HR issues.
Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline.
At least 3 years of HR experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in handling medical job family would be an advantage.
Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player.
Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Interested in exploring technological system solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
