Responsibilities

As a Lead/Senior Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Pega Platform is required.
Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is suggested.
Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet client needs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and Pega CSA certified

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
