Responsibilities

  • Management of project and be responsible to fulfil contract obligations.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely purchase and delivery of services and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Monitor, implement and track project progress accordance to contractual requirements to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to assign and track progress toward achieving project objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Manage project variations to project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Report project status to Project Director and Senior Management.
  • Perform project evaluations and assess results for continuous improvement.
  • Protect organisation’s interest in the course of project management.

Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Project Management/ Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in similar role, with at least 10 years in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS project.
  • Able to lead, excel and overcome adversity with excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
