Responsibilities

Perform daily SAP system health checks and monitoring of critical components (application servers, database, background jobs, etc.).
Assist in user administration and transport management
Monitor and analyze system logs, update queues, and spool requests.
Support backup and restore procedures in coordination with senior BASIS team members.
Participate in SAP system copies, kernel updates, and patch applications under guidance.
Coordinate with ABAP, Functional, and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
Basic working knowledge of SAP Basis administration (e.g., daily monitoring, transaction analysis, and user management).
Understanding of SAP system architecture, transport management system (TMS), and client landscape concepts.
Familiarity with databases (HANA, Oracle) and operating systems (Linux, Windows) is an advantage.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
