Responsibilities

  • Extract data from HR systems to deliver high quality reports and provide meaningful workforce insights for manpower dashboards and regular manpower reporting. 
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators. 
  • Collaborate with HR teams, internal and external stakeholders on manpower projections for future hospital needs. 
  • Maintain accurate establishment data / budgeted FTE for budgeting, hiring and reporting purposes. 
  • Check and validate manpower projections and manpower establishment. 
  • Ensure accurate data management in HR systems and tracking files. 
  • Provide professional advice on data analytics. 
  • Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.
 

Requirements

  • Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics.
  • Minimum 3 years of manpower planning / HR experience. Candidates with more relevant years of experience may be considered for the Senior Assistant Manager’s position. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous with a flair for numbers. 
  • A team player with strong verbal, written communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
