Responsibilities
Assist senior consultants in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations. Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to support core IT service management processes. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with data migration activities. Develop basic reports and dashboards to visualize ServiceNow data and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow. Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency. Generate and analyze reports related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Ensure the organization is prepared for audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles is a plus. Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is beneficial. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
